A free resource project from Elite Executive Ease
About Executive Ops AI.
For executive assistants, chiefs of staff, operators and executives. We’re here to make useful knowledge easier to find, understand and put to work.
Why we started
Some things never make it into the job description.
There’s a lot you learn in executive operations by figuring it out as you go.
You learn through experience, through other people and, sometimes, through a situation you would rather not have had to figure out alone. A useful approach can stay in someone’s head for years, even when it could help plenty of other people doing similar work.
We wanted a place to share more of that knowledge.
This project grew out of our own experience, conversations with practitioners and research into how executive offices work. You shouldn’t need a particular title, qualification or technical background to explore what’s possible.
Where AI fits
The people doing this work should have a say in how AI changes it.
That’s where we’re coming from.
We’re excited about what people who know this work can do with AI, especially when it makes a project that once felt out of reach possible. We want to help you explore those possibilities, save time on repetitive work and build things you’re proud of. We’re learning and experimenting too, and we’ll be honest about the limits. Your experience and judgment belong in that process.
Behind the resources
How we put this together.
Our resources draw on published research, official product information, practitioner accounts and our own experience. Those sources offer different kinds of insight, and we take that into account when we write.
We use AI here, too. It has helped us research, draft, design and build the site. Behind that work are custom instructions, repeated revisions and human decisions about what belongs here and how it should be explained.
The site is one example of what people can create with that combination. It also gives us plenty of opportunities to learn and improve.
Where the content comes from
- Published research
- Studies and reports, with attention to what they measured and who they describe.
- Product information
- Official documentation for capabilities and limitations. A vendor’s claim needs to be read as a vendor’s claim.
- Practitioner accounts
- Conversations and published experiences that help us understand the work. One person’s experience won’t represent everyone.
- Our own experience
- The situations we’ve worked through and the approaches we think are worth sharing.
We check content before publishing and revisit it as we find changes or receive feedback. Tools evolve, and we can miss things. Tell us if something needs another look.
The people behind it
Hi, we’re
Anastasia and Alex.
We’re the founders of Elite Executive Ease, a fractional executive operations business.
Executive Ops AI is our free resource project. It reflects our interest in this field and our belief that more of what people learn through experience should be available to others.
Through Elite Executive Ease, we also work with businesses on ongoing executive operations support and individual projects.
