Privacy Policy

Elite Executive Ease LLC operates Executive Ops AI. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, use our resources and interactive tools, contact us, or subscribe to Executive Ops Weekly. “Executive Ops AI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Elite Executive Ease LLC.

The information we handle depends on the feature you use. The sections below distinguish information kept in your browser from information submitted through our forms or processed to operate the website.

01Contacting us about privacy

Elite Executive Ease LLC is responsible for the personal information it collects through Executive Ops AI. For privacy questions or requests, email anastasia@eliteexecutiveease.com or use our contact page.

02Interactive tools and browser storage

Our current interactive tools process your entries in your browser. Depending on the tool, entries remain only on the current page or are saved in your browser’s local storage so you can return to them later. The tool’s storage notice explains whether it saves your work and how to clear it.

Entries processed only in your browser are not transmitted to Executive Ops AI. We do not hold a server-side copy of those entries, and they do not synchronize between devices through our website.

For tools that use local storage, entries remain available in the same browser profile until you use the tool’s clearing control, clear the website’s data in your browser settings, or your browser removes them. For tools that do not save entries, closing or reloading the page discards the current work.

Clearing browser data does not remove downloads, printed copies, or files you have shared. We cannot retrieve, restore, or remotely delete information that exists only on your device.

Anyone with access to the same device and browser profile may be able to view saved entries. Clear them after using a shared device. Avoid entering passwords, payment credentials, or information your employer or client has not authorized you to use in the tool.

If we introduce a feature that sends tool entries to us or another provider, we will explain what is sent, why, who receives it, and the relevant retention and choices before you use that feature. We will update this policy and obtain consent where required. Introducing a new feature does not authorize us to collect information previously stored only in your browser.

03Contact forms and correspondence

When you contact us, we receive your email address, subject, message, and any name or other information you provide. We use this information to review your request, respond, and resolve the matter you raise.

Netlify processes and stores contact-form submissions on our behalf and sends a copy to our email account. Form identifiers and technical information associated with the submission may also be processed to deliver the form and address spam or misuse.

Contacting us does not subscribe you to Executive Ops Weekly or add you to a separate marketing list. Please leave out passwords, payment credentials, and confidential information that is unnecessary for your request.

04Newsletter subscriptions

Subscribing to Executive Ops Weekly is optional. Our current free resources are available without subscribing.

When you subscribe, we collect your email address through Netlify Forms. We use it to provide the newsletter and manage your subscription, including unsubscribe requests. An Executive Ops AI subscription does not enroll you in separate Elite Executive Ease marketing emails.

Newsletter signup information is currently collected through Netlify. Before transferring the subscriber list to an additional email-delivery provider, we will identify that provider and its relevant privacy information in this policy.

Each newsletter email will include an unsubscribe link. You may also unsubscribe by emailing anastasia@eliteexecutiveease.com. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, or sooner where applicable law requires. Unsubscribing does not affect access to our current free resources.

05Hosting and technical information

Netlify hosts Executive Ops AI and processes information needed to deliver, secure, and operate the website. This may include your IP address, requested page, browser information, and the time of a request.

Technical request information is separate from entries processed only inside a browser-based tool. Hosting the website does not mean that we receive those entries.

Information about Netlify’s practices and service-provider terms is available in its Privacy Statement and Data Processing Agreement. We remain responsible for our use of personal information processed on our behalf.

06Cookies, local storage, and analytics

Executive Ops AI does not currently set its own cookies or add advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking code to its pages. Fonts and scripts are served from our own site.

The local storage described above saves tool entries. We do not use it for advertising or to follow your activity on other websites. You can manage or delete website storage in your browser settings. Blocking local storage may prevent a tool from saving your progress.

If these practices change, we will update the relevant notices and provide any choices required by applicable law before implementing the change.

07Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers for website hosting, form processing, and email correspondence. These providers receive information needed to perform those services. Section 04 explains our current newsletter collection setup.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law, valid legal process, or an enforceable government request. Where legally permitted and necessary, we may also disclose information to investigate website misuse or protect the rights, property, or safety of Executive Ops AI, its users, or others. Such disclosures are limited to what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.

08Retention

Browser-only entries. Entries saved locally remain on your device until you clear them or your browser removes them. We do not retain a copy.

Contact messages. We retain messages while addressing the matter. Once it is resolved, we delete the submission and the copy in our mailbox within 12 months, unless a specific legal obligation or documented legal claim requires longer retention. Information retained for that reason is limited to what is necessary and is not used for marketing.

Newsletter information. We keep subscription information while you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we stop newsletter delivery and remove your address from active mailing lists. We may retain the minimum record needed to honor your opt-out and prevent an inadvertent resubscription. It is not used to send marketing.

Provider records. Service providers may retain technical logs or backup copies under their applicable terms and retention practices. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove every backup copy.

09Your privacy choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights, such as obtaining a portable copy, restricting or objecting to certain processing, or withdrawing consent where consent is the basis for processing.

Send requests to anastasia@eliteexecutiveease.com, preferably from the email address you used with us. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information. Do not send identification documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate process.

We respond within one month. If applicable law permits additional time and we need it, we will explain the reason and expected response date. If we cannot fulfill a request in full, we will explain why, subject to legal restrictions.

A deletion request may not remove information we are legally required to retain or the minimum record needed to honor an unsubscribe request. It does not remove information that exists only in your browser; use the tool’s clearing control or your browser settings for that information.

10Security

Browser-only processing limits what is transmitted to us, but it does not protect your device from every form of unauthorized access. Protect your device and review what a file contains before printing, downloading, or sharing it.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information submitted to us has been accessed or used improperly, contact anastasia@eliteexecutiveease.com.

11External websites and AI services

Our resources link to independently operated websites, software, and AI services. If you follow a link, upload a file, install a skill in another service, or connect an account to that service, its terms, permissions, and privacy practices govern its handling of your information.

An example or recommendation on Executive Ops AI does not authorize access to your private accounts. Review the provider’s settings and your organization’s requirements before sharing information or granting permissions.

12Children

Executive Ops AI is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, delete it.

13Policy updates

We will update this policy when our information practices change and revise the date above. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required before implementing a change. Updating this policy does not, by itself, authorize a materially different use of information collected under an earlier commitment.
