skills.sh
A directory of reusable instruction packs for AI coding assistants.
What it is
skills.sh lists Agent Skills, which are files that teach an AI coding assistant how to follow a specific procedure or use a particular tool. It covers assistants such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini, and GitHub Copilot. Installing and reviewing a skill normally requires a technically capable user.
Ways to use it
Ideas from real executive operations work. Take the ones that fit.
- Look for a skill published by the company that makes the tool the AI assistant must use.
- Read and compare the complete files for several skills before choosing one.
- Create an approved internal collection containing only reviewed skills.
- Use the site's automated review as one input, then complete a separate human review.
- Test a selected skill on non-sensitive sample work before wider use.
Our take
skills.sh is a useful starting point when a team wants to find reusable instructions for several AI coding assistants. Treat finding, reviewing, and installing a skill as separate steps, with a technically capable person responsible for the review.
